I learned that I can and will make it with the strength from God, the help from Shell and my own inner will to make it.  It put me exactly where I needed to be. I was doing a lot of self-destructive things and a lot of negative thinking. It gave me a more positive outlook and changed the way I started a new day. I think Shell is excellent at what she does. It is funny how every chapter I came to was something that helped me get through that day. She is an amazing author and I would trust her advice any day.
